After Joining a Travel Group, Can You Withdraw?

Yes, you can withdraw from a travel group, but a portion of the fee will be retained as a penalty, depending on the terms outlined in your contract. As per the agreement, the traveler (referred to as Party A) has certain rights. According to Article 8 (Withdrawal by Party A), Party A has the option to terminate the contract before the commencement of the tour, with the understanding that they will cover any necessary expenses incurred by the organizer (Party B) and pay a违约金 based on the following schedule:

1、If notice is given more than 5 days prior to the tour start, 10% of the remaining balance after subtracting Party B's necessary expenses.

2、If notice is given between 5th and 3rd day before the tour, 20% of the remaining balance after deducting Party B's necessary expenses.

3、If notice is given between 3rd and 1st day before the tour, 30% of the remaining balance after subtracting Party B's necessary expenses.

4、If notice is given within 1 day of the tour start, 50% of the remaining balance after deducting Party B's necessary expenses.

5、If withdrawal occurs on or after the tour start date or without prior notification, 100% of the remaining balance after deducting Party B's necessary expenses shall be paid.
