In recent years, the importance of health has been recognized by people around the world more than ever before. People start to realize that good health is the most valuable asset that a person can possess. However, many people do not know how to maintain good health despite great efforts being made in this area.
In my view, there are three things we can do to maintain good health if we want to be healthy.
1. We should have the right food, as proper nutrition is the most important for good health. Avoid foods with too much sugar and fat, eat plenty of high protein foods, vegetables and fruits, and do not overeat.
2. We should get proper amount of sleep, because without enough sleep, we will often feel tired and irritable. Allow yourself at least eight hours of sleep each day. Have a nap at noon if time permits.
3. We should exercise regularly, because "Life depends on Exercise". Regular exercise strengthens our hearts and lungs. Additionally, it prevents us from gaining weight.
If everyone does so, there will be much less complaining about poor health and there will be much more happiness in our lives.
